I have the same problem, and it times out and stops updating if I flip off the page.  Might have to do with flash settings?

Gina I don't know about the flash settings due to me not knowing much about computers,,like I said it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I've tried it using IE and Firefox and it happens on both.
