How to Install EM4 Mod for Peter

Before starting this download and install Los Angeles Mod 2.0

Step. 1 create a new folder on your desktop. You can call it whatever you want but I have called it "org".

step2. Place the NYSubmod2.3.rar file in folder org

step3. Right click on NYSubmod2.3 and click on extract here [image 1]

step 4. Now open the extracted folder and create two new folders called "org mod" and "org maps" [image 2]

step 5. now place the "los Angeles Mod v2.0.rar" in the "org mod" folder and the "Maps.rar" in the "org maps folder"

step 6. Open the "org mod" folder, right click on the "los Angeles Mod v2.0.rar" and select "extract here"

step 7. Once extraction is complete select all of the contents of the "org mod" folder, except for the " los Angeles Mod v2.0.rar": right click and copy the files. [image 3]

 Now navigate to your emergency 4 game folder. The usual location is C/program files/ sixteen tons entertainment/ emergency4.

 Once there open the "mods folder" and then open the "Los Angeles Mod 2.0 "folder.

Now right click and select paste. You may be asked if you want to keep the original files or replace them.  Select replace them (select replace them for all files)

Step8. Now go to the "org maps" folder in the org folder on your desktop. right click on the "maps.rar" file and select extract here.

step9.  Once extraction has completed you should have a new folder called "maps". open it and select all of the contents.  Right click and select copy.

step10. Navigate back to you emergency 4 game folder, then open the "mods" folder, then open the "Los Angeles mod v2.0 folder", then open the maps folder.

Right click and select paste. You may be asked if you want to keep the original files or replace them.  Select replace them (select replace them for all files)

step11.  Close all folders and launch emergency 4. The NY mod should now be selectable in the game.

If the game launches and the mod works you can now delete the folder "org" from your desktop.
